Why I am a Ron Paul for President Booster!

Why do I support Ron Paul for President? I have always been a conservative. As a high school student, I was a supporter of the Republicans' quest to take over the House and their Contract with America. In 1996, I cast my first presidential vote for Pat Buchanan in the Republican primaries. In 2000, I voted for John McCain in the Republican primary; in fact, I volunteered for his campaign. In the general election, I voted for George W. Bush.

Despite my disdain for President Clinton, I was appreciative that the Republican Congress forced him into a legacy of budget surpluses. Everything was great until George W. Bush got his hands on the wheel.

Ever since taking office he has betrayed conservative principles. Civil liberties GONE! Small government GONE! Budget surpluses GONE! George Bush's economic policies have destroyed our dollar and his foreign policy has tarnished our reputation. He has been an unequivocal disaster and he has betrayed conservativism. Ron Paul is the ONLY conservative candidate in this race. Ron Paul is the only one who believes in the Constitution and faithfully defends it! Ron Paul is the only one who believes in personal liberty! Ron Paul is the only man who can restore this presidency and our reputation!
